It's really fun to excercise

I just started going to gym last February 3. At first, I was hesitant because I'm not sure if I'm going to achieve what I want if I go to gym.. which is ofcourse to lose weight. Well, there's no harm in trying. The first session I had was with a personal trainor named Jericho. Yeah, ofcourse he's good but only the first session is free and if you one to have one you have to pay and really it will cost you a lot. So what I did is I search the internet and find routine that will be my guide and fortunately I found some. They are called "full body work out" which targets your full body in losing weight. I learned a lot while searching on the topic and here are few things;
- don't waste so much time in doing cardio excercise because it will not work if you want to lose weight
- eat more excercise more to increase metabolism
- you have to eat before and immediately after you work out
- you must do one excercise per muscle group per day
- ideal time to work out is 3 days in a week approximately 1 hour excluding warm-ups (workout,rest,workout,rest,workout,rest,rest)
- and most especially you must establish goal when you work-out.
