We stayed at Taisan Guesthouse. Very strategic location to stay for first timer. Walking distance from MRT station, bus station and there are many affordable restaurants nearby (KFC, Mc Donald's, authentic Chinese restaurants are also available). I have learned this through Pinoy Exchange, very good source of things to know, places to go, etc in Hongkong.
Make sure you booked the earliest flight going in and latest flight going out.
Buy octupos card to be able to have discounts on MTR and bus fares. You can also have this refunded for a very minimum charge if you're not able to exhaust the whole value.

Most of the budgeted amounts here are over the usual spending in our actual trip.
Day 1 - Ocean Park
5:30 - departure airport (terminal fee and airport tax - Php1620+750)
8:30 - arrival airport (A21 bus going to Taisan Guest house HKD33)
9:30 - arrival at Taisan Guesthouse (accomodation - HKD 350 x 3nights, good for 2 person)
10:30 - to Ocean Park (MRT to Admiralty HKD7.7, Bus HKD10.6)
11:00 - arrival Ocean Park (Entrance HKD270, Meal HKD15)
4:30 - depart. go to Victoria Peak (Bus to Admiralty HKD 10.6, Bus to The Peak HKD 3.2, Peak Tram HKD9, Meal HKD 15)
7:30 - depart. go to Star Ferry (Bus to Star Ferry terminal HKD7, Ferry HKD2)
8:00 - Avenue of Stars
9:00 - Late Dinner (Meal HKD15)

Day 2 - Disneyland
8:30 - Breakfast (Meal - HKD10)
9:30 - to Disneyland (MRT 16.2, Entrance HKD350)

9:00 - arrival at Mongkok (Dinner HKD15)
11:00 - back to hotel (MRT3.2)

11:00 - Lunch - try the eggtart (Meal HKD30)
7:30 - dinner (Meal HKD30)
11:00 - go back to hotel - you can ride the shuttle at the Venetian free of charge going to Ferry Terminal (Turbo-jet HKD 137, Bus HKD3.2)

Day 4 - Lantau Island
7:00 - Breakfast (Meal HKD10)
8:00 - depart. go to Lantau Island (MRT HKD18, Cable Car HKD 80 roundtrip)

Temple
Ngong Ping Village
12:00 - Lunch (Meal HKD30), food at Ngongping is quite expensive.
2:00 - depart, ride the cable car going back to MRT terminal. If you booked the latest flight then you can still go to other Markets in Hongkong to buy pasalubong (MRT HKD18)
3:00 - go to Airport (Bus HKD33)
TOTAL = HKD189 x 7 = Php 1323
